Noodles:boiled & drained |
| 1 Tbsp |
Amul Ghee (melted) |
| 2 Tbsp |
Amul Butter |
| 1/4 Cup |
Capsicum (Finely Sliced) |
| 1/4 Cup |
Onion (Finely Sliced) |
| 4 Tbsp |
Amul Processed Cheese (Grated) |
| 4 Tbsp |
Amul Malai Paneer (Grated) |
| 1/4 Cup |
Carrot (Grated) |
| 4 Tbsp |
Tomato Ketchup |

SPICES : Mix together & keep aside
2 Tbsp Pav
Bhaji Masala
To Taste Salt & Red Chilli Powder
Crushed Pepper (optional)
To Garnish: 1.GreenCoriander (Chopped).
2.Fried
Noodles. |
Method of prepration :
| 1.Soften Noodles. Drain Thru Colander. Mix in the above
spices. Keep aside |
| 2.Saute onions, cabbage, capsicum till the raw smell
of onions disappears |
| 3.Put Butter & melted ghee In Non Stick Karai. Transfer
Spiced Noodles init. |
| 4.Spread tomato ketchup, malai paneer, cheese, carrot,
sauted vegetables. |
| 5.End with fried noodles and freshly chopped coriander.Serve
immediately |

NOTE : To make it more rich & colorful
You can have variation in the dish
by adding as many vegetables as you like like green peas, broccoli,
cabbage, cauliflower, spring onions, mushrooms, soya chunks,
even boiled shredded chicken & eggs. |
